The Australian team (from left to right: Ivan Chan, Joanna William, Sam Milankov, Matt Vinar) finished 7th from 23 countries.
Joanna won her second Women’s World Othello Champion title defeating Zhen Dong of China in a repeat of the 2014 final in Bangkok. Congratulations Joanna!!!
Even though it was my first attempt at the WOC, I overcame nervousness and I enjoyed every single minute against all these world class players in the competition.
Thanks to Matt, Samuel and Joanna for their encouragement when I started to lose faith in my ability during the competition, you guys are great!
The WOC was challenging but I had a great time thanks to my supportive team!
